If it's a private torrent, you're supposed to turn DHT off. Vuze however, being a decent client, should automatically notice the private flag and stop using DHT for the torrent, so, under normal circumstances, you shouldn't have to worry about it at all. That behaviour appears to be malfunctioning somehow though. If I were you, I'd turn DHT off myself and see if the problem is resolved.

If it happens on only one tracker, however, then check to see if the tracker is down or if there are currently too many peers for you to be able to connect (something like: MySQL error: Too many peers). If that's the case, then this is a normal behaviour for your client.

So maybe there is no answer, though I'd agree with the previous post that rearranging the sentence furniture would be the best way round the issue.
